The British Columbia Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BC SPCA) is an animal welfare organization with 42 branches. It conducts enforcement of animal protection legislation and education programs throughout British Columbia. Every September, the organization holds Paws for a Cause walks throughout the province for fundraising. Sarah McLachlan appears in television adverts for the organization, as well as for the ASPCA.

The organization is responsible for enforcing animal care laws in British Columbia. In February 2016, the BC SPCA seized 66 animals for a puppy mill in Langley, one of the largest in the organization's history.
