The British-American University School of Law (United States) was an accredited California-based online law and business school that operated through distance learning. The British-American University offered doctoral degrees (doctorate). The for-profit University and correspondence law school was founded in 1998 by Roger Agajanian.

The British-American University was accredited by the State of California, but closed down in 2006/2007 before receiving an additional accreditation from the American Bar Association.
