Bristow Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA). The church was organized on October 21, 1917. The church building was erected in 1922 and added to the National Historic Register in 1979. Featuring Tiffany stained glass windows and a beautiful organ, the Sanctuary has been described as a pocket cathedral. It is located at the corner of West 6th and Elm in Bristow, Oklahoma.

Their mission statement is: "Our community of faith, led by the Holy Spirit, is dedicated to worshiping and serving God and sharing the love of Jesus Christ."

Sunday worship is at 11am, with Sunday School beforehand at 9:45am.

Wednesday night programs run through the school year with Youth Club from 5pm-7pm.

The congregation is active in the community, providing "Harry's Blessings in a Backpack" to feed hungry school children. They are active in the Bristow Ministerial Alliance and work closely with Bristow Social Services. Every summer they send a work crew to help at Goodland Academy.

The current pastor is the Rev. Rebecca Morad, who come to the church in November, 2008.
