History
Mahindra Group implemented SAP ERP across various companies of their group in the mid 1990s. In 2004, they acquired Bristlecone Inc, a US based start-up focusing on providing supply chain consulting and implementation services on the SAP platform in the US market, because of their quick good reputation in the industry. In 2006, Mr. Ashok Santhanam joined as President and CEO of the company and formulated Strategic Supply Chain leadership vision. Bristlecone signed Oracle Development Agreement in 2008. In 2009, they launched Oracle Practice and opened the Europe frontier.
Partnerships
Since its inception, Bristlecone has been partnering with SAP as a core product and custom development partner for the company. It has co-developed with SAP to earn hands-on experience on all phases of SAP's Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
