Brian Pilkington (born 12 February 1933) is an English former professional footballer, who played as a left winger.

During his career, Pilkington played 300 games for Burnley. Following this he joined Bolton Wanderers, then Bury, Barrow and Chorley. He won one England cap whilst at Burnley, on 2 October 1954 in a 2-0 victory over Northern Ireland. He was also capped twice for England B, scoring once.
