Brian Hooks is an American nonprofit executive. He is the president of the Charles Koch Foundation and the Charles Koch Institute.

Career
From 2005 to 2014, Hooks served as the executive director and chief operating officer of the Mercatus Center, a free-market-oriented think tank affiliated with George Mason University. Hooks previously served as director of the Global Prosperity Initiative at the Mercatus Center.
Board memberships
He is a member of the board of directors at the Mercatus Center and the Institute for Humane Studies.
