Brian Best (born December 12, 1959) is the Iowa State Representative from the 12th District. A Republican, he has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2015.
As of January 2016, Best serves on several committees in the Iowa House – the Economic Growth, Human Resources, Natural Resources and Transportation (Vice Chair) committees.

Best was elected in 2014, defeating Democratic incumbent Dan Muhlbauer.
