Bradley James Henderson (born 1979) is a partner and managing director with the Boston Consulting Group and was the 2001 male winner of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's highest academic honor, the Walter Byers Award, in recognition of being the nation's top male scholar-athlete. He was also a Rhodes Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Henderson is a 1997 graduate of Loveland High School in Ohio. In addition to his B.A., Brad received a M.A. from the University of Chicago before receiving his M.Sc. in Economic and Social History at Oxford University in 2002 and his MBA at Oxford's Said Business School in September 2003. Brad was captain of the University of Chicago basketball team and played basketball at Oxford earning a Blue. Brad joined the Boston Consulting Group after graduating.
