Boštjan Žitnik (born March 31, 1971 in Ljubljana) is a Yugoslav-born, Slovenian slalom canoer who competed from the mid-1980s to the mid-1990s. He won two medals in the C-1 team event with a gold in 1993 and a bronze in 1989.
Žitnik also finished tenth in the C-1 event at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.
His father Franc represented Yugoslavia at the 1972 Summer Olympics where he finished 19th in the C-2 event.
