Boronia keysii, commonly known as Keys boronia, is a flowering plant that is endemic to Queensland in Australia.
The species was formally described by Czech botanist Karel Domin in 1926, based on plant material collected by James Keys at Lake Cootharaba in 1909.
Boronia keysii is listed as "vulnerable" under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act.
