Boris Apostolovich Delibash (Делибаш, Борис Апостолович) (1908–1978) was a Soviet scientist and power engineering specialist. He was born in Tiflis, Russia (presently Tbilisi, Georgia), and died in Moscow, Russia.

Delibash graduated from Baku State University with a degree in mathematics and mechanics, then worked in the oil and gas industry of the USSR, particularly in Grozny. Beginning in 1940, he served as director of the CentreElectroMontage (short for Central Electric Assembly) Trust and Research Institute under the guidance of the Ministry of Assembly and Special Construction Projects of the USSR. The trust was a Soviet monopoly and largely carried out specialized government projects. Among them were the Ostankino Television Tower and Sputnik-1. He was also the founder and first director of the ProektElectroMontage Research Institute (Russian: ВНИИ ПроектЭлектроМонтаж ЛО Ф.5692, 44 ед.хр., 1953-1982 гг., оп.1-2).
