Bonagratia of Bergamo (c. 1265-1340) was a leading supporter of the Franciscan Spirituals from within the Franciscan movement. He was a well trained lawyer before entering the Franciscans, and represented the Franciscans at the Papal Curia. The Appellatio magna monacensis, an important manifesto of the group around Michael of Cesena, has been attributed to him.

He had been thrown in prison for his heretical views.
