Bohler's angle

Bohler's angle is measured on a lateral radiograph of the calcaneus, formed by the intersection of one line drawn from the most cephalic point on the tuberosity to the highest point of the posterior facet, and a second line from the latter to the most cephalic point of the posterior process.

Clinical Use

A normal range is 28°-40° - a decreased angle is indicative of a calcaneal fracture.
