Robert Jarvis (born 15 November 1935) was a Progressive Conservative party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a lawyer by career.

He represented Ontario's Willowdale electoral district which he won in the 1979 federal election. After serving his only term, the 31st Canadian Parliament, he was later defeated in the 1980 federal election by Jim Peterson of the Liberal party.
