Blastobasis trachilista is a moth in the family Blastobasidae. It is found in Zimbabwe.
The length of the forewings is 6–6.2 mm (0.24–0.24 in). The forewings are pale reddish brown intermixed with reddish brown scales tipped with pale brown and pale brown scales. The hindwings are pale brownish grey.
