Blažim (German: Ploscha) is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.63 square kilometres (3.72 sq mi), and has a population of 247 (as at 3 July 2006).
Blažim lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Louny, 41 km (25 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 67 km (42 mi) north-west of Prague.
