Bitozeves is a village and municipality (obec) in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 20.98 square kilometres (8.10 sq mi), and has a population of 372 (as at 3 July 2006).
Bitozeves lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) west of Louny, 44 km (27 mi) south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and 65 km (40 mi) north-west of Prague.
