Bishop-bowl

A bishop-bowl is a punch bowl in the form of a mitre (a bishop's hat) made of faience that was popular in Denmark and Schleswig-Holstein towards the end of the eighteenth century. The alcoholic drink served from the bowl was known as "bishop".
