William "Billy" Rhodes was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1910s, and 1920s, and coach of the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Dewsbury, as a Wing, i.e. number 2 or 5, and coaching at club level for Castleford.

Billy Rhodes played Wing, and scored two tries in Dewsbury's 8-5 victory over Oldham in the 1912 Challenge Cup Final during the 1911-12 season at Headingley Rugby Stadium, Leeds.
