William Bulmer

J. William "Billy" Bulmer was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Halifax, as a Second-row, i.e. number 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums.

International honours

Billy Bulmer won a cap playing Right-Second-row for England in the 3-9 defeat by Other Nationalities at Central Park, Wigan on Tuesday 5 April 1904, in the first ever international rugby league match.
