Of all the albums in the Billboard Top Hits series, the 1995 volume is the only one to not include any of the songs that reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The highest-charting song from that chart to appear on this album is "Run Away" by Real McCoy, which peaked at No. 3 in the spring of the year.
