The Big Krka River (Slovene: Velika Krka, Hungarian: Kerka, Nagy-Kerka, Kerkás, Prekmurje Slovene Kerka, or Velka Kerka) is a river of Slovenia and Hungary. Its name distinguishes it from the Little Krka River (Slovene: Mala Krka), Hungarian: Kerca, Kis-Kerka), with which it merges south of Bajánsenye, Hungary to form the Kerka River (Slovene: Krka), a left tributary of the Ledava River. The river is 60 kilometres (37 mi) long.
