Big Brother 8 (Albania) is the eighth season of the Albanian television series of the worldwide franchise of Big Brother. The premiere for this season was 7 March 2015. The main topic of this season is the host Arbana Osmani will not return for another season due to pregnancy. The main host will be Ledion Liço, while Albana Osmani hosted the Sunday morning show, featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. The show ran for 99 days and the winner was Vesel Kurtishaj. He received a €100,000 prize

Alba

Alba is a 24-year-old woman who lives in Tirana, She is a DJ and a model, she has tattoos. She is revolutionary and dissenting.

Dijedon

Dijedon is a 26-year-old man from Mitrovicë, Kosovo, his occupation is a dentist, he plays guitar. He is communicative.

Edison

Edison is a 33-year-old man who is from Peshkopi but now lives in Tirana. His job is fixing electronic devices, he also owns 2 dogs. He describes himself as active and says he can be a good person at some times and a bad person at other times. He entered the house on Day 1 and was partnered with Zaida, he walked out of the house on Day 7 and thus making his Big Brother experience over

Eleonora

Eleonora is a 43-year-old woman, she lives in Fier. She likes skiing in the snow and paragliding. She is aggressive, direct and creative.

Fabian

Fabian is a 31-year-old man who lives in Kryevidh, he likes going to the gym and has tattoos.

Fatjon

Fatjon is a 25-year-old man Skrapar but now lives in Tirana, he is very sporty, He works as a builing manager.

Genci

Genci is a 19-year-old man from Tropojë but now lives in Tirana. He works as a model. He is non-judgmental and open-minded.

Jonida

Jonida is a 20-year-old woman from Krujë but now lives in Tirana, she works as a assistant in a clothes store, she is sweet, smiles a lot and social.

Kika

Krista "Kika" Kusaj is a 27-year-old man from Pejë, Kosovo, he is an actor, musician and hairdresser. He is calm and communicative, he wears glasses and is openly gay

Kreshniku

Kreshniku is a 46-year-old man from Vlorë, he works as a chef, he is unpredictable, flexible and faithful.

Marina

Marina Koçi is a 26-year-old woman who lives in Kavajë. She has a farm-like lifestyle, example she has turkeys and chickens and grows her own vegetables, she also has a dog. She is sincere, humorous and aggressive.

Sokol

Sokol is a 32-year-old man from Tirana, he is a ballet dancer but can be a choreographer at times. He is programmed but can be controlled. He has one son and wants him to be a dancer also

Stilian

Stilian is a 29-year-old man from Berat. He is a hairdresser.

Tea

Tea is a 22-year-old woman who is from Korçë. She works as a beautician

Vesel

Veseli was the Winner of BB8.

Xhensila

Xhensila Pere is a 25-year-old woman from Pogradec but wants to live in Tirana. She is a model and won Miss World Albania 2014 but did not place in London (where the final was held). She is determined, ironic and cynical. She works in the marketing business. She likes to shop, mainly for shoes, her shoe-shopping addiction has resulted in a walk-in closet full of shoes!

Zaida

Zaida is a 35-year-old woman who used to live in Delvinë but now lives in the capital of Albania, Tirana. She is quiet, strong and can be communicative at times. She is married and has one son

Nominations table

This season followed the same twist as Big Brother 11 (Australia), in which housemates were paired and together they had to nominate and be evicted.

Nominated forever

Notes

^Note 1 : Although her pair was walked, Zaida continued to be the Head of House. On Day 8, Sokol was also ejected. Because of this, Zaida and Xhensila were left without pair and had the option to become a new pair. They accepted it.

^Note 2 : Similar to Big Brother Australia, each pair had to distribute 5 points between 2 other pairs. However, housemates up for eviction have individual numbers and not with their pairs.

^Note 3 : Stilian and Kreshnik were automatically nominated as a result of breaking the rules.

^Note 4 : While his pair was evicted, Big Brother decided to send Stilian to a Secret Room. The other housemates think he was evicted too.

^Note 5 : This week there were no nominations, and Alba, Diedon, Genci and Tea were automatically nominated. They were nominated because of their behaviour during the week and being involved on Kika's ejection, having provoked him to have bad behaviour and being ejected.

^Note 6 : Similar to Big Brother Australia, each housemate had to distribute 5 points between 2 other housemates.

^Note 7 : All the female housemates and Fisnik were automatically nominated. Fisnik was automatically nominated because his group failed the week task, so the other group had to nominate one of the other (Diedon, Eleonora, Fisnik or Stilian). All the girls were automatically nominated because there's more girls in the house than guys, and a guy was already nominated.

^Note 8 : This week there was a twist, in which the housemates were divided in groups for the weekly last and whoever had the most points would see its group facing eviction. Zaida received the most points, therefore Eleonora, Diedon, Fabian, Kristi, Marsuela and Xhenaila are up for eviction as well.

^Note 9 : In a double eviction night, all housemates were nominated for the second round. The one with the most votes was evicted.

^Note 10 : As Milena entered on Day 50, Big Brother decided that she is nominates for the whole season.

^Note 11 : Whoever had at least 2 points in this nominations was nominated. As everyone had at least 2 points, Big Brother announced everyone was nominated this week.

^Note 12 : Alba and Kristi won immunity in the weekly task. All the other housemates were nominated for eviction.

^Note 13 : Fatjon and Fisnik were automatically nominated due to rule breaking.

^Note 14 : This week, whoever had at least 5 points was nominated.

^Note 15 : The public voted to win rather than to evict.
