Bianca Jane Netzler (born 14 July 1974 in New Zealand) is a road cyclist who represented Samoa.

She competed at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the women's road race. In 1998, she won the silver medal in the time trial event at the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur. She also raced for New Zealand at the 1993 Junior World Championships. In 1998, she raced for two teams: APSTT Moselle Champion and Opstalan.
