Bestry is a village located in Kurdistan in North of Iraq. It is located in Mergasor district in Barzan area. Bestry’s location is unique as it is just under Piran mountain.
Bestry is situated between mountains. This helps local people to carry on with their normal daily life in summer heat and it ensures a real winter time. Bestry has a rich tradition in Kurdish history.
