Bernice is a former settlement in Imperial County, California, USA. It was located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 1.25 miles (2.0 km) south-southeast of Calipatria, at an elevation of 171 feet (52 m) below sea level. Bernice still appeared on maps in 1947.
A post office operated at Bernice from 1913 to 1914.
