Berkley is a city in Union Township, Boone County, Iowa, United States. The population was 32 at the 2010 census, up 33.3% from 24 at the 2000 census.

History
Berkley was laid out as a town in 1883.
Geography
Berkley is located at 41°56′46″N 94°6′50″W (41.946123, -94.113820).
According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.21 square miles (0.54 km2), all of it land.
2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 32 people, 11 households, and 9 families residing in the city. The population density was 152.4 inhabitants per square mile (58.8/km2). There were 14 housing units at an average density of 66.7 per square mile (25.8/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 96.9% White and 3.1% from other races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.1% of the population.
There were 11 households of which 36.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 45.5% were married couples living together, 9.1% had a female householder with no husband present, 27.3% had a male householder with no wife present, and 18.2% were non-families. 18.2% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.91 and the average family size was 2.89.
The median age in the city was 42 years. 25% of residents were under the age of 18; 9.3% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 18.9% were from 25 to 44; 28.2% were from 45 to 64; and 18.8% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 59.4% male and 40.6% female.
