Berend Jan Marie "Berend-Jan", Baron van Voorst tot Voorst (born Beek, 7 February 1944) is a Dutch, Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) politician. He was vice minister of Foreign Affairs (area: European Cooperation) from 27 September 1988 until 7 November 1989 in the Second cabinet of Lubbers and vice minister of Defence from 7 November 1989 until 1 June 1993 in Lubbers' third cabinet. From 1 July 1993 until 1 July 2005 he was the Queen's Commissioner of the Dutch province of Limburg.
