The Bennett Escarpment (70°36′S 64°19′E) is a rock and ice escarpment curving in a general southwest direction for 20 nautical miles (37 km) from Mount Pollard, in the Prince Charles Mountains. It was mapped from Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions surveys and air photos, 1956–65, and named by the Antarctic Names Committee of Australia for J.M. Bennett, a physicist at Mawson Station, 1965.
