Benjamin Ferguson (February 14, 1820 – ?) was an American politician and farmer from Fox Lake, Wisconsin, who served a single two-year term (1860–61) as a Democratic member of the Wisconsin State Senate from the 22nd District. He was succeeded by Thomas R. Hudd.

Background

Born in Penobscot, Maine, Ferguson moved to Fox Lake, Wisconsin Territory in 1844 and was a farmer. In 1852, Ferguson was elected sheriff of Dodge County, Wisconsin and also served on the Dodge County Board of Supervisors.
