Benjamin R. Donolow (May 24, 1917 – November 27, 1972) is a former Democratic member of the Pennsylvania State Senate.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was first elected to the Pennsylvania Senate in 1954. He served as a delegate to the 1964 Democratic National Convention. He died on November 27, 1972.
