Benhur Mahesh Dutt Ekka(born October 4, 1970) is an I.A.S officer of the 1995 batch. He is currently working as Vice Chairman and Housing Commissioner, A.P. Housing Board. He hails from Bihar. Previously he worked in various cadre of Andhra pradesh state. He is married to Swathi Lakra, who is an I.P.S officer.
