Bendemeer MRT Station (DT23) is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown Line in Kallang, Singapore. Rather than being located directly under Bendemeer Road, the station is situated under Kallang Bahru. It is within the vicinity of Boon Keng, Kallang and Lavender stations.
History
This is the last station to undergo Downtown Line construction with road realignment started on 3 February 2012. In addition, the Malacca-Singapore Coach Terminal was demolished in order to make way for future warehouse which will be integrated as part of the new bus terminus.
