Benchwarmer Productions is an American production company. It was founded in 2010 by award-winning actor and writer Christopher Tillman. Benchwarmer Productions produced the award-winning The Distance Between.

The films Benchwarmer Productions produced have had many actors that have become successful. The Distance Between starred Andrew J. West (who went on to be cast as a villain in The Walking Dead), Amber Stevens West (in ABC's Television Series Greek, and film 22 Jump Street), and Misusing Irony, which starred Paige White, who had a lot of success in theater productions of Walking the Tightrope, and Shakespeare's Richard II.

Background

Christopher Tillman started his film career as a graduate of Vanguard University. During his time at Vanguard, he performed in many theater productions and was named collegiate actor of the year by The Daily Pilot. In 2010, Tillman created Benchwarmer Productions to produce Misusing Irony, a short film he wrote and starred in.
