Benajuy-ye Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان بناجوئ شمالي) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Bonab County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,086, in 2,798 families. The rural district has 10 villages.
