Ben H. Williams was a leader of the Industrial Workers of the World. He was born in 1877 in Monson, Maine, and later moved to Bertrand, Nebraska, with his mother in 1888. Williams attended Tabor College, where he played on the football team, edited a campus magazine, and was president of the Phi Delta Literary Society. Ben H. Williams edited the IWW publication Solidarity from 1909 to 1916.
