Ben Adams was a baseball player in the Negro Leagues. From 1953 to 1963, he played for a number of teams, including the Kansas City Monarchs. and Fox Jeweler's City.
Adams was from Norfolk, Virginia. He first played for the Indianapolis Clowns in 1953. He retired in 1969, ending his career with 11 years with the Monarchs.
