Restaurant Beaulieu in Doorwerth Castle is a former restaurant located in Doorwerth, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 19661979.
head chef was G.H. Brenninkmeijer. He was the father of the Dutch film director Stephan Brenninkmeijer, who was born here.
In 1969–1970, Erik Hazelhoff Roelfzema wrote his famous book Soldaat van Oranje (Soldier of Orange) in the restaurant.
