Beachport Conservation Park is a protected area located in the Limestone Coast of South Australia about 80 kilometres (50 mi) north-west of Mount Gambier and immediately north of the township of Beachport. The conservation park was originally created as a reserve in 1959, declared as a National Park in 1959 and was re-proclaimed as a conservation park under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 for the purpose of setting ‘aside to preserve and protect a representative sample of the coastal environment of south east South Australia.’ The conservation park is classified as an IUCN Category VI protected area.
