The Bayside Residence is a 24-floor residential tower in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The 101-unit building, being developed by Trident International Holdings will feature an Oxygen bar, the first in the UAE, called the 02 Lounge. Construction of the Bayside Residence, which began in 2006, is expected to be completed in 2007.
