The Battle of Bucaramanga (Spanish: Batalla de Bucaramanga) was a battle of the Thousand Days' War. It took place between 11 and 13 November 1899. The liberal troops, commanded by General Rafael Uribe Uribe, tried to take the city of Bucaramanga (Colombia) and were rejected by the nationalist General Vicente Villamizar. They were defeated with a balance of 1,000 dead and 500 wounded.
