Batrachedra tristicta is a species of moth of the Batrachedridae family. It is endemic to New Zealand. This species was first described by Edward Meyrick in 1901 from specimens taken at Makatoku, in the Hawkes Bay, in March.

The larvae feed on the seed heads of Juncus gregiflorus.
