Barbara Favale Werner is an American executive and author. She is best known for her book and company Musical Pairing. The company was named as a Top 10 Pop-up Restaurant by Fodor's in 2015.
Background
Werner is a trained chef and author of the children’s book The Magic Flower in addition to the Musical Pairing Book Series. She is the descendant of Italian cooks and butcher shop owners. Receiving her culinary training at SUNY Cobleskill in upstate New York, her musical background has been developed over the years in various genre of study. She also served two years in the voluntary corps of the Auxiliary Chefs program for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary primarily at Stations Manasquan and Shark River in New Jersey.
