Bar Louie is a contemporary casual dining bar and restaurant chain in the United States, which was founded in 1991. As of May 2016 there were approximately 70 locations, many of which can be commonly found in shopping malls and hotels. Bar Louie is headquartered in Addison, Texas and John Neitzel is the company's Chief Executive Officer. Sun Capital Partners is a major investor in the company dating back to June 2010.
