Bandar Tenggara is a town in Kota Tinggi District, Johor, Malaysia. It is surrounded by oil palm estate. Similar to Bandar Penawar, the township was established around the year 1972 by Lembaga Kemajuan Johor Tenggara (Southeast Johor Development Authority) (KEJORA).
