Ballardvale is a passenger rail station on the MBTA Commuter Rail Haverhill Line. It is officially located at 195 Andover Street in Andover, Massachusetts, where the Haverhill Line crosses a wye between Andover and Tewksbury Streets. Parking is available on the northeast side of this wye and on the northeast corner of the grade crossing with Andover Street.

Ballardvale Station was originally built in 1876 by the Boston and Maine Railroad and was located between 174-176 Andover Street. The old station house is now a private residence.
