Baldomero Toledo (born February 6, 1970) is an American soccer referee from California. He has been a Major League Soccer referee since 2004 and a FIFA referee since 2007. He was the referee for the 2008 MLS Cup, the 2010 MLS Cup, and the 2016 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup Final.
