Balcarzowice ([balt͡saʐɔˈvit͡sɛ]; German: Balzarowitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ujazd, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) north of Ujazd, 7 km (4 mi) south-east of Strzelce Opolskie, and 38 km (24 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
