Sangguniang Kabataan Baguio City Federation is a special youth legislature that inititates programs, policies, and projects for youth development. It is composed of 124 members as SK Chairmen of their respective barangays.

The official portal of Sangguniang Kabataan Baguio Federation was launched on February 2010 in time with Panagbenga Festival opening.
