Babushkin Island (69°6′S 157°36′E) is a small island lying 10 kilometres (5.5 nmi) north of Archer Point and 9 kilometres (5 nmi) east of Matusevich Glacier Tongue, Oates Land, Antarctica. It was mapped by the Soviet Antarctic Expedition (1958) and named for Mikhail Babushkin, a Soviet polar aviator lost in the Arctic.
